OPU does not have information on specific nationalities being more susceptible to detention or systematically detained. However, foreigners who are not white might be at higher risk of being subjected to ad hoc residence controls by police patrolling the streets and hence more susceptible to detention.

OPU is not aware of specific nationalities staying in detention longer than others.
