The Asylum Act provides for the right of children who are refugees or beneficiaries of subsidiary protection to education under the same conditions as national citizens.[1] The right to education under the same conditions as nationals is extended to adult beneficiaries of international protection.[2] The access of children who are beneficiaries of international protection to public education and recognition procedures bares no relevant distinction to asylum seeking children and has already been described in detail. The same holds true for access of adult beneficiaries of international protection to vocational training (see Reception Conditions: Access to Education).
