Border procedure (border and transit zones)

There is no border asylum procedure in Poland. Moreover, on 27 March 2025, the right to apply for international protection on the Belarusian border was suspended for 60 days (can be prolonged).[1] For detailed information, see Access to the territory and pushbacks.
